At William Maslin Dance Studios, our barre classes are dynamic, fun and ever changing.

You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even notice your working out and you’ll go that little bit further each class.

What is barre?

Barre is a beautiful workout that combines ballet basics and techniques, traditional pilates and dance. At William Maslin Dance Studios, we add some latin and ballroom dance elements, and sometimes some hip hop!

Barre challenges your superficial and deep muscles so you sculpt and burn, in a low impact, fun way.

Should I do barre?

Barre is for anyone ready for a real challenge, mind and body. So give it a try if you have not already at your own risk! It is likely you’ll be hooked!

You can work at your own pace. We give you variations to suit your level and your needs. So it’s truly a workout for everyone.

  • You’ll sweat
  • You’ll shake
  • You’ll burn
  • You’ll smile

It’s worth it!
