What is Zumba

The class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a “workout” forever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it. How It Works

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Splitting your time between the office and working from home? Not a problem. If you have a weekly subscription, how and when you work out is up to you. Take advantage of in studio classes when you’re in the office, and roll out your phone or laptop for classes when you’re at home. You’ve got tons of choice.
