Free dance and fitness classes


Looking to try something new, but aren’t quite sure. Try one of our free classes to see what its like, whether its yoga, Pilates or an exciting style of dance.

These classes are great because they:

  • usually run at lunchtime or just after work
  • are 30 minutes – not too long or short
  • nice and small, limited to 20 participants.
